Hi there, my name is Jemma. I'm an RMIT Journalism student with a pitch for you. 

Fishermans Bend is going under a massive urban redevelopment, in fact, it's Australia's biggest urban development yet. It's going to house a new University of Melbourne campus, as well as bringing in 80,000 residents and 80,000 workers. But, there's a complete lack of public transport plans or works from the state government. This is a huge issue, as how will the influx of people and students get to Fishermans Bend? I can give you a 300-word hard news piece and a partner colour story on this issue.
